$ toggl projects add --help
Usage: toggl projects add [OPTIONS]
Creates a new project.
Options:
[snip]
-p, --private Specifies whether project is accessible for all
workspace users (=public) or just only project's
users (=private). By default it is public.
[snip]
When I omit the -p switch, my projects are created private by default. There is no corresponding --public switch, so it doesn't look like I can use the cli to create public projects.
