Minimal steps to reproduce

Microsoft has recently altered their guidance to recommend the use of a Certificate to sign the Access_token requests rather than using a Secret. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/active-directory-certificate-credentials

Expected/desired behavior

The ability to leverage a certificate in lieu of a Secret
