When "Display part and chapter numbers" is enabled in Global Theme options, the automatic numbering is not applied to the table of contents in the mPDF, even though the numbers do appear beside the chapter titles at the begining of the chapter itself.
Expected behaviour
I expect that when "Display part and chapter numbers" is enabled in Global Theme options that part and chapter numbers will appear in the table of contents AND at the start of the chapter.
Actual behaviour
When "Display part and chapter numbers" is enabled in Global Theme options, the TOC in the mPDF will not show the chapter/part numbers. However, chapter numbers will appear at the begining of the chapter itself.
