elevator videos/monitors dont work

Description of the bug

When i put a monitor anywhere, set glados or wheatley as the voice, they don't appear. the monitor appears black. same for the elevator videos, the monitors that should be displaying them are black.

Expected behavior

i expect it to show wheatley/glados and elevator videos

Steps to reproduce

there aren't steps to this it just doesnt work
