Perhaps in the introduction, we should have a section which:

References the original "Problem Solving with Algorithms and Data Structures Using Python" book and credits Brad Miller and David Ranum
Notes that the book is Creative Commons
Provides some guidance on how to report issues and make contributions
Lists the current contributors
Mentions and links to Bradfield
