  • Site admins need to be able to enter the strings for this message in multiple languages and have it show without a release
  • Should be able to select color (based on type, e.g. Warning red, Info purple)
  • Have a clickable link in the message
  • Set a start and end time
  • Stop a message at any time
  • Basic formatting (italics, bold) nice to have, not required
  • Have a character limit
