Download calibration data from 1979-present. Store on sampo. Create ClimaArtifact.
Obtain both Monthly averaged reanalysis and Monthly averaged reanalysis by hour of day (average for each hour for each month).

This data should be monthly averages and at 1 degree resolution (or similar)
SHF:Mean surface sensible heat flux
LHF: Mean surface latent heat flux
SW_u: compute from net and downward - NET = d - u: Mean surface downward short-wave radiation flux AND Mean surface net short-wave radiation flux
LW_u: as above: Mean surface downward long-wave radiation flux AND Mean surface net long-wave radiation flux
Atmos needs: Total column water as well. this can be in the same file but land wont use it
We wont calibrate with this, but this will be helpful as a comparison for our model output:
total runoff: Mean surface runoff rate AND Mean sub-surface runoff rate
This issue could possibly be combined with this issue in ClimaLand.
We can have separate data files for atmos and land calibration. Only surface fluxes variables will be shared, and they can stay in the land data file.
