The first objective of this project is to develop CC: T lua libraries for all selected algorithms in the NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography Standardization.
All libaries should be as modular as possible and they should pass lints by selene and illuaminate. The libries should support being used by require and by dofile. All libraries should be documented using the Ldoc syntax.
The second objective is to develop a secure networking framework using those post-quantum algorithms. The networking framework should support replacing rednet by providing almost 1:1 functionality.
Everything should be kept open source, and the license will be discussed among contributors after the completion of all objectives.
