  • legend
    something like this?
    image

  • more readable names
    maybe multi-lines, max character length?

  • clustering, avoid overlapping text

the legend issues were brought up in the F2F. move it forward

legend was added. There are few clustering algorithms in the cytoscope libarary we used for the network. Need to see which will work best.
