consistent styling across all FAIRplus sites

Currently, we have got the FAIR Cookbook, FAIR DSM and FAIR wizard page.
Ideally all three sites should be using similar styling.

One small first step is that the wizard could use the FAIRplus palette (as mentioned here).
A meeting to be arranged across the FAIRplus teams.

@proccaserra suggested following improvements:

• converge to using the same font (if possible),
• include FAIRplus logo
• round slighly the corners of text boxes
• drop background picture
• fix typos

@FuqiX We can make some of these improvements. But as we are using EBI URL, we have moved to EBI visual framework and are trying to use EBI styling as much as possible.
