After some resources, here are some solutions:

Use the implementation Grasshopper has.
Alpha concave, which is a generalisation of the Concave Hull.
K-nearest
Or from here, we have the Graham Scan or the Jervis March algo

@sonomirco I think you're confusing CONVEX hull and CONCAVE hull.

There is no concave hull in GH, but there is an old third-party implementation of alpha-shape .

And of course it's been requested on mcneel forum.
