eos-sharp is not actively maintained discussion #53
Comments
I am using this library actively to communicate with EOS (through trace api mostly). Is there any other alternative that you use or any other reason that this is not being maintained any more. |
You can try use eosnewyork version - https://github.com/eosnewyork/EOSDotNet The reason is simple. I cannot keep maintaining it alone and from my own pocket. So is up to the community to take control and find a way to maintain it. For that, there needs to exist a core of devs that are in sync with eosio development and have a roadmap to know what is important to add to the library. The whole point of this discussion is to understand if there is really a need for this library that justifies that. Regards PS: didn't know about trace API. |
I am also using this library actively for getting EOS chain information and signing transactions. |
Hi! people we can support this soft:) We using this lib in own proj. :) |
Using this library in Unity project 👍 |
@mmcs85 - Please reach out to me, I'd like to sponsor supporting this repository. I own a company Hashbang Inc (https://www.hashbanginc.com) and we work closely with Wax & Tyranno studio. We are the developers of the core card game of Blockchain Brawlers (https://www.bcbrawlers.com). We have an active interest in keeping this project alive so that we can use this library from within Unity Games, as @7flash is doing. Please reach out to me when you are aware of this message and we can figure out how to keep this funded. |
I'd love to contribute - my telegram @galaxygur |
Hey there guys,
Wanted to bring to attention that eos-sharp is not actively maintained anymore.
I'm open to discussing possible viable solutions to continue this if it is in the interest of the EOSIO community
Regards
