v1.1.7 mqtt topics will change

i screwed up a bit with the topics. in the case of having two transports on the same installation talking to one mqtt transport... the topics end up not being unique.

in v1.1.7, serial number will be incorperated in the topic paths.

i think specifying a blank serial number in the config will be a work-around.
still thinking / deciding.

this should have no effect on homeassistant users, becuase of homeassistant's mqtt discovery.
