Right-click on string constant - detect if state exists, and show corresponding menu #94

This is related to more issues posted here (like #90, #72 , etc.).
In case when string constant is connected to "Add state(s)" VI, and in case when it is not - different menus are shown.

Both menus are not relevant, b/c string contains text, which does not correspond to existing states in state machine.
Moreover, in second case menu is shown not for string, but for current case structure page name - which is strange a bit...
Maybe, it will help first to check whether text in string is valid macro/state name, and just then display proper menu items? And also, it should not matter whether string constant is connected to "Add state(s)" function or not, isn't it?
