Issue with LG TV Power State in Dual Monitor Setup Using LG Companion App

Hello. First of all, thank you for creating the LG Companion app.
Thanks to it, I'm comfortably using my PC with my LG TV.

The problem I'm having is as follows:
I have a dual monitor setup with an LG TV and a regular LED monitor.
I don't always use the dual monitor configuration when using the computer; when playing competitive games like FPS, I only use the LED monitor.
I've noticed that when I change the monitor output device using Win+P, the LG TV turns off if it's not set as an output device through the Multi-monitor support setting.
However, when the computer shuts down with only the LED monitor selected and then restarts, the LG TV turns on even though it's not set as an output device.
I have also checked the "Restore topology configuration immediately at login screen" option.

What could be the problem?
