Plugin system

Discussions around what a plugin system in Modeling App would look like. In my initial research I've been taking inspiration from VS Code and Obsidian's plugin ecosystems.

What would a plugin be able to do? Here are my initial thoughts:

1. Register a pane
2. Register settings
3. Register commands
4. Register context menus
5. Register annotations
6. Read from the AST
7. Write to the AST
8. Clean up after itself on unload

One major concern for 7 is nefarious use cases by plugin authors to utilize free engine compute by sneaking geometry or analysis calls into plugin users' code unbeknownst to them, then extracting those findings or assets out using network access.
