[Bug] apps disappear in start menu list, 开始菜单不显示app了

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

1. 因为直接运行github下面的output目录, 下次同版本构建时被删除原文件导致版本破坏, 所以复制了一份output目录到新的目录下运行 install.ps1
2. 根据脚本提示, 自动卸载了原本的版本并新装了版本
3. 然后app不显示在了设置和开始菜单

Expected behaviour/预期行为

在开始菜单列表显示安装的app

android 设置里面显示安装的应用

Actual behaviour/实际行为

开始菜单不显示android app了,
android 设置里面也没有应用显示了

但是程序运行是有效的

程序运行时都是 \WsaClient 的图标
