Create an API service for Whisper Large 3 with Diarization

Hi,

@MahmoudAshraf97 did create and share a great code. I'm testing API for diarization but until know its code works better on Portuguese audios.

That's the point: if you have an English audio, there are plenty of API that will do the job. If your audio is not in English, Whisper Large 3 is just the best choice but the most known API for transcription do not use it (why?).

Then, this idea: why not create an API from the code of @MahmoudAshraf97?

Someone has already did it? (free or not)
If yes, what is the link?

If not, why not create this API? It will help all the non English speakers! (there are some all over the world...)
