(win10) Unable to install

I'm new to github so I apologize if I did this wrong.
I've been looking for something like this to show what game I'm in on Discord and this seems perfect!
I grabbed the .exe for Beta 2.0 but when I tried to run it, it did nothing. I tried right clicking and clicking on "run as administrator", tried setting compatibility to force "run as administrator" and nothing happens.

I'm having something somewhat similar where I can install it, it shows the same page that is on the beta 2.0 but it does nothing.. and I cannot open it again unless I install it again. For some reason my computer does not register it as being installed and isn't responsive at all.
