Description

Small valid value corrections for ExtraExpenseFactor, DebrisRemovalFactor, SectionLength and PowerCapacity

Reasons for change

Inconsistent specification of valid values

Scope of change

  • Location File
  • Accounts File
  • Reinsurance Scope
  • Reinsurance Info

Impact of change

Not breaking. Documentation consistency fixes to some location and account field valid values

Data type, default values, are blanks allowed, list valid values

ExtraExpenseFactor and DebrisRemovalFactor may exceed 1 so will change the description
Will correct brackets for SectionLength and PowerCapacity

Also changed ScaleFactor valid value to [0,) in line with ExtraExpenseFactor and DebrisRemovalFactor rather than [0,1] because this is a float not a tinyint
