Cannot open database "OpenCodeFoundation.CourseRegistrationDb"

I got the following error when ever I am going to insert course registration data using swagger. Can you please help?

Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Cannot open database "OpenCodeFoundation.CourseRegistrationDb" requested by the login. The login failed.
Login failed for user 'sa'.
   at Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SqlInternalConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection, Action`1 wrapCloseInAction)

I have solved the problem. Actually , I forgot to modify program.cs class for connection string and migration.
