Request to transfer ownership

Hi! I maintain a fork of this package at https://github.com/staltz/react-native-os/commits/staltz-package and I've been publishing it to npm as @staltz/react-native-os and I'm willing to publish it also as react-native-os2 but for the sake of others installing this module, it would be better to consolidate at just one of these.

So I'm kindly requesting that the npm package react-native-os be transferred to my npm account staltz.
