The Active(file) size becomes abnormally large

After a service has been running for some time, its working set memory increases, mainly because Active(file) becomes larger. Is it related to the mmap of xxx.osrm.fileInde?

For example:

Initial state, cat /proc/meminfo:
Active: 2112 kB
Inactive: 33316036 kB
Active(anon): 0 kB
Inactive(anon): 26341920 kB
Active(file): 2112 kB
Inactive(file): 6974116 kB

and, a period of time, cat /proc/meminfo:
