Fiscal policy parameters

  • alpha_G = 0.03
  • alpha_T = 0.09 
  • alpha_I = 0.0003 (source for alpha_ parameters)
  • initial_debt_ratio = 0.62 (source)

Production function parameters

  • gamma = 0.61 (Capital's share of income, source)
  • g_y = 0.03 (underlying productivity growth rate, source)

Foreign holdings of gov't debt are about 26% (source).
