By downloading and using osCommerce v4, you understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. osCommerce v4 is not a complete fully tested Ecommerce solution, and as such may only be used for testing purposes and at your own risk
2. Holbi Group Ltd and osCommerce Ltd will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage, including but not limited to the loss of turnover or profit, that would be somehow connected to the use of osCommerce v4
3. By participating in the osCommerce v4 programme you understand and take on obligations to report any of your findings (bugs, issues, etc) to osCommerce Ltd.
4. At the same time you understand and agree that it may not be reasonable or technically possible to amend or fix any or all of the reported bugs or issues, and osCommerce Ltd may choose to implement such changes at a later date, or choose to not implement them in the future.
5. As a way to express gratitude for your participation in osCommerce v4 programme, you will be provided with a version of osCommerce v4 with all of the professional (paid) extensions created by osCommerce Ltd. You understand and agree to your obligation to not share or make publicly (or privately) available, and not resell or exchange for any profit, any of the extensions and special applications made available to you but only use them for the benefits of your own online retail or wholesale business, if any, or such of one (1) of your clients (if you're an osCommerce developer).
