Stub for @proceps process of translating Observation data into multiple entry keys

When I have an observation matrix, then it circumscribes a set of OTUs. Use computation on the observations to present and manage the construction of a pathed key, both the arragement and stucture of the OTUs, and the text (and potentially Figures) of each Lead.
