How to register so that the resulting image completely overlaps with the target image

I am a newcomer to Elastix and I would like to use Elastix for image registration.

When I followed the process and output the result（ result.hmd）, I overlaid it with the fixed image (viewed using IKT) and found that the two images had left and right offsets in the horizontal direction. The two images were not completely overlaid together. I would like to ask how to configure the left and right displacement approval in the parameter file. I have tried adjusting the parameter file many times, but it has not produced any effect yet.
