Dear Community,
I have transformation files obtained for Centered2drigid registration. (see attachment).
0001_flum_5517_001_L_mask.txt
These tranfsormations were obtained using downsampled images with much lower resolution. Now, I need to apply these transformations to the original full resolution images. I am using transformix for this. I need to input the corresponding -tp (Parameter file). The question is: What should be the correct format for this parameter file? What I found in internet is only a example for "Euler Transform" which is not my case (Centered2drigid)... Yet, I tried with "Euler Transform"format, but of course I got wrong results (see the reformatted parameter file)

I will be very happy, if you could help!
Best,
Eylem
