Item Alterator cannot modify the left thigh #822

As we can see, left thigh never get updated, but the pelvis part is updating with the right thigh, if Left/Right Linked is enabled.
If I choose to change the left thigh only, pelvis is updated instead.

The Item Alterator is located in Divine Elegance of Blacklake.
