/patrol should have a timer to atuomatically go to the next person

1. Add a variable to /patrol thats a timer, like /patrol 1, would change the patrol every 1 second so it would auto cycle every person on the server.
2. use /patrol stop to stop this, or log out/in
3. /patrol should have an option to go into the head of the player, when you are in gm3 you can click to go into a players head, it would be great to patrol through all players As that player without doing anything to interact, just run the command and watch, so /patrol 5 -inside would patrol all players for 5 seconds, go to the next and be inside their head.
