Why are the PRs not being merged

First of all, if your PR has got hacktoberfest-accepted tag, It will be considered towards your 4 Valid PRs.

Currently, there are only a few maintainers (maybe only me) reviewing each PR, and processing them to merge is a big task when you look at the mere amount of PRs we're receiving.

Therefore it's a request to all of you to please be patient, we will process all the PRs as soon as possible.
