Create an list of URL / Addresses that need to be allowed on the proxy / firewall

Builds takes a long time. Sometimes the URI / IP changes from where the source is downloaded. Ending the build in a 403 for instance.

Is it an idea to maintain a list of addresses to keep the FW / Proxy allow list on par?
