Add support for annotation in pdf

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Android PDF viewer currently does not display embedded annotations. This limits the usability of annotated PDFs for users, who must rely on other tools to view essential feedback or notes, disrupting their workflow.

Describe the solution you'd like
Please add support for rendering standard PDF annotations within the Android viewer, most wanted is user filled data, forms.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Users currently need to switch to third-party PDF viewers or export annotations separately—both of which complicate the process.

Additional context
Previously used a different library for viewing PDF in app, it had enableAnnotationRendering which enabled comments, colors and forms.
