[Snippets] rename window for creating a new snippet from clipboard is not autofocusing

Current Behavior

Creating a new snippet out of a clipboard entry leads to a new window asking for a snippet name. This window is not auto focusing, so I have to click it manually which is not the idea of a keyboard driven launcher routine.

Expected Behavior

The window should stay in focus, so that I can just enter the snippet name and hit RETURN afterwards for confirmation.

Anything else?

I would like to have an option to append a clipboard entry to an existing snippet.

I don't know if it is even necessary to have a pop up here.
We may just keep it as a one liner:

trigger +<Name of the snippet>
