Create new release

Any chance we can have a new (first) Github release on the latest codebase? I'm using v1.7.252 which doesn't have modern fullscreen support.

In lieu of Alex creating an official release, thought i'd share my compiled binary of 1.7.1 (253) for those who want it now but don't want to go through the hassle of compiling it.

Any chance of any other updates? As far as I can tell Simple Comic, is simply Dead at this point.

I can package releases but it's beyond my expertise to make code changes to Simple Comic.
