【Description】

During Running Workflow with Algorithm of Caiman I get an error.
Based on the Error log mostly it's dependencies causing to error.

【Already did】

  • Update Conda Environment. By using "conda update --all". It still shows the same error
  • Check if Python Version is not compatible. But Python 3.8.20 is still compatible with the libraries so there should be no problem.

Error Shown in Log. (Not Full Log)

I had the same issue.
checked develop-main, main branches.
Likely cause, addition of new libraries to pyproject.toml

Suggestions

  • go back to previous versions of pyproject.toml to find out the bug cause
  • upgrade python/caiman/suite2p versions
