Describe the problem

I face the following error while I try to create a new sketch in arduino ide : Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, open 'C:\Users\Dell\AppData\Local\Temp.arduinoIDE-unsaved20241012-18388-1oz6cmb.v5yo\sketch_nov12f\sketch_nov12f.ino'

I have already assigned all the necessary folder permissions to the temp file and tried opening arduino as administrator. Already cleaned all the arduino related temp files and no issue of disk space as well.
