Affiliate Links and discount codes for users to purchase devices

Context: We want to facilitate purchase of various signing devices for our users.

On the Pleb Tier: We will be giving affiliate links for:

1. Trezor:

• Trezor Model T
• Trezor Model One
• Trezor Safe 3 - BTC Only
• Trezor Safe 5 - BTC Only

2. Bitbox
3. Ledger

We have access to their press kits and marketing collaterals.

We have to figure out where to put these links. Should it be somewhere within Manage Keys, or on the screen where a user goes to Add a signer? Areej to decide.
