UI - WorkflowRun Detail - Task Log ordering

As part of the ordering of the task log, change how START and END are represented as well as the default ordering

At the moment, START and END are at the top of the list, END should be at the bottom, also, potentially, make them a slim version of an entry. In that they don't have the start and duration that tasks normally have
