We discussed this finding from the xml-compare tool, which highlights a very small rounding difference between the reference model and the vendor model. We agreed to modify the reference model to better convey the intention but additionally it would be nice to be able to configure the xml-compare tool to only report differences greater that 2 d.p.

2 d.p. is somewhat arbitrary but the group agreed it was a pragmatic solution.
