Describe the bug
When metadata is ingested as a resource (ie through Intrigue), it will be created, but it cannot be updated or deleted when performing replication. Instead, on updates a duplicate of the resource will be on the destination node.
Affects version
0.3.0-SNAPSHOT
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
On the source node, ingest a metacard through Intrigue.
Startup replication and configure a source and destination node.
Begin replication
After the resource is created on the destination node, update it on the source node and it will create a duplicate on the destination node
Expected behavior
The metadata is updated and deleted on the destination node and there are no duplicates on the destination node.
