This is currently not supported in hass-cozytouch, and I am not sure if this is planned. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get in touch with the repository owner.

In the mean-time, perhaps you could try https://github.com/imicknl/ha-tahoma which supports CozyTouch as well and has support for the AtlanticElectricalTowelDryer. We are planning on adding it to core, thus all feedback is welcome.
