Basic License 8+ cannot use pyarmor 9.0?

I upgraded to pyarmor 9.0.3, and tried to make CI license but I met this error.

pyarmor reg -C pyarmor-regfile-4815.zip 

INFO     Python 3.8.10
INFO     Pyarmor 9.0.3 (basic), 004815, KrackNet
INFO     Platform linux.x86_64
INFO     request ci regfile by "pyarmor-regfile-4815.zip"
ERROR    missing reg.info in regfile
ERROR    can not request CI license

So I tried to license reg again but failed.

pyarmor reg pyarmor-regfile-4815.zip

INFO     Python 3.8.10
INFO     Pyarmor 9.0.3 (basic), 004815, KrackNet
INFO     Platform linux.x86_64
INFO     register "pyarmor-regfile-4815.zip"
ERROR    this license is not ready for Pyarmor 9

Do I purchase new license?
I just purchased my basic license a few days ago.
