User not connecting to the realm/scene

Description:

The user is stuck at 20% during the initial loading screen, eventually, he lands at Genesis Plaza but is not connected to the scene/room. User cannot see other people and cannot interact with reward-claimable activities like the dispenser.

Expected Behavior:

User loading to the scene properly

Current Behavior:

User is unable to see other users and claim rewards

We experienced this issue before, is it related with seeing other people's chat when being far away @m3taphysics ?

@anicalbano is this 100% reproduceable for the user? Or is it a one off?

The user confirms it's 100% reproducible, after being stuck at 20% it eventually throws the user back into "Play as this account" and after clicking that again it'll load to Genesis Plaza (which do not load the "room")
