CogniCrypt Installation Tutorial

This is a short tutorial that shows how to install CogniCrypt to Eclipse. It explains the process step by step.

Step 1

Copy the the link of CogniCrypt in the Eclipse Update site

https://download.eclipse.org/cognicrypt/release/stable

Step 2

In Eclipse, go to Help > Install New Software...

Step 3

Paste the above link in the "Work with:" box, as shown in the image below

Step 4

New items will be added to the "Name" box. Click Select All in the right side of the box to select all items listed and then hit Next >

Step 5

Requirements and dependencies are calculated. This can take a few seconds

Step 6

A new window with install details is presented and shows the features that will be installed. Hit Next >

Step 7

The next window displays the licenses. After reviewing them, click on the radio button I accept the terms of the license agreements and then hit Next >

Step 8

A dialog box appears and asks if Eclipse should be restarted in order to apply the changes made. Click on Restart Now

Where to find CogniCrypt

After Eclipse is restarted, CogniCrypt can be found in the top-left corner of Eclipse as shown in the image below
