This issue is about allowing all services created by the elastic-package to bind to all (or a specified) network interface allowing the services to be accessed from a different machine.
One use case for this is to create the stack on one machine and have a Elastic-Agent running on another machine connect to it.
A setting and/or a CLI flag would be a great way to expose this option.
