We need to address it during upgrade to v4.6. The guacd is expected to listen on ipv4 for VNC console to be working.
Required fix:

root@mgmt01:/opt/erigones# cat /etc/guacamole/guacd.conf
[server]
bind_host = 127.0.0.1
