Describe what is not working with the course

Section 16.3.1.2 is duplicated. The first chunk should be removed, as the second chunk appears to have replaced the first chunk.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://hutchdatascience.org/Choosing_Genomics_Tools/atac-seq-1.html'
  2. Scroll down to '16.3.1.2'
  3. See error

Expected behavior

Only one paragraph should be there.
