[Feature] Miner watchlist #572

Background:

Users who duo mine eth and xch would want a place to view miner stats in one place, instead of going back and forth between dashboards
Users who mine eth/chia on multiple addresses

Idea:

A star/watchlist button on miners dashboard
Addresses are store locally
A "My watchlist" page where the user can view basic stats for each miner (hashrate, balance etc..)

Actions Items:

Figure out where to put the "Watchlist" button to redirect people to the page, since the nav bar is already very crowded.
