Remove or correct confusing Chia block reward mention on front page

We currently have a tooltip that's confusing at least one farmer to the point where they accuse us of being "shady."

We should either remove the reference to the farmer reward (since it's redundant, and as it's presented now suggests that it's part of the pool fee), or find a better way to reference it.

As it is superfluous, and has nothing to do with pool fee or the pool, I recommend removing it.

If we feel some need to leave it there, advise and I will suggest alternative phrasing.
